Laundry Supervisor

Role Description

The Laundry Supervisor will oversee daily laundry operations, manage linen handling, monitor the quality of laundry services, ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, and manage a team of laundry staff. Additional responsibilities include inventory management of linens, addressing maintenance issues, and implementing efficient laundry procedures to optimize productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in Laundry Services and handling Linens
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff and other departments
• Experience and understanding of laundry operations in a large-scale facility
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to organize and maintain inventory records efficiently
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in laundry or hospitality management are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
