Launch Associate

• Were hiring rockstar Launch Associates for our Launcher team. Think of a special ops unit that builds Zippee in new markets from scratch.
• As an Launch Associate, you will be the first on the ground. You will launch dark stores, build local teams, set up processes, manage key stakeholders, and get quick commerce operations running in record time. Once a market is live, you monitor operations and process excellence till you move on to the next launch.

This is a high-pressure role based at our Gurgaon HQ, and you will be required to travel frequently to different cities across India.

Responsibilities:

• Use data to analyze and evaluate high-potential dark store expansion opportunities in sync with Partnerships team
• Collaborate with the Real Estate team to scout, negotiate, secure sites, and initiate setup
• Design layouts, racking, staging zones, and ensure infra readiness

• Build the supply-chain network design from scratch
• Own and execute the city launch playbook across infra, staffing, setup, last-mile delivery, and SOPs
• Coordinate closely with internal (Tech, Partnerships, Finance, Ops, HR, Real Estate) and external stakeholders to keep launch timelines on track and drive strategic initiatives

• Build high-performance ground teams from scratch in every new city
• Onboard dark store associates and delivery partners in sync with HR team, while embedding Zippee s fast-paced, ownership-first culture
• Set up scalable performance processes

• Build and manage go-live scorecards and launch checklists
• Set up MIS, dashboards, and operational reporting
• Own and track city-level P&L through the launch cycle

• Solve operational issues and ensure all SOPs are running smoothly post-launch

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Masters degree from a top-tier university in business, operations, or supply chain
• 1 4 years of experience in city launches, GTM, program management, quick commerce, or warehousing (exceptional freshers may apply)
• High ownership, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong execution, interpersonal communication, and multi-tasking skills
• Startup mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven ops tracking
• Open to frequent travel across India
