Location:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and modules using Laravel and PHP.
• Collaborate with in-house product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features to market quickly.
• Craft robust APIs, reusable backend components, and integrate third-party services as per project requirements.
• Optimize application performance for speed, reliability, and security.
• Proactively identify and solve technical issues with efficient debugging and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all code is secure, well-documented, and tested prior to release.
• Manage project deliverables independently, meeting tight deadlines and contract milestones.
• Keep documented records of contributions, workflows, and handover details.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 years of hands-on experience as a Laravel Developer (prior contract/project-based work is a big plus).
• Strong command of PHP (7+), Laravel (8/9/10+), and OOP methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) database design and optimization.
• Proficiency in version control (Git), RESTful APIs, and integrating external tools/services.
• Working knowledge of front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React exposure helpful).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to deliver results on schedule.
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively document work for team collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in SaaS or procurement technology.
• Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean).
• Knowledge of web application security, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Portfolio or code samples from prior contract or freelance projects.
