Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager based in Noida. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating with landowners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also includes coordinating with legal and finance teams, preparing documentation, and managing relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition, real estate, and market analysis
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in MS Office and database management
