Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager located in Gujarat. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as planning land use, conducting market research, managing acquisitions, and handling finance-related tasks. The role involves ensuring smooth acquisition processes for renewable energy projects, negotiating and finalizing land deals, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions.

• Land Use Planning and Market Research skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Acquisitions
• Finance knowledge and skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
