Land Acquisition Manager

Location: Jaipur Experience: 2-3 years Salary: 2.4 - 3.6 LPA

Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic land acquisition professional with 2+ years of experience, excellent local liaisoning ability, strong documentation skills, and readiness to relocate anywhere in Rajasthan immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete land acquisition lifecycle including identification, due diligence, negotiations, and final documentation across designated locations in Rajasthan.
• Liaise with government bodies, revenue departments, and local panchayats ensuring smooth legal processes and community coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of acquisition documents, ownership titles, mutation, registration, and ensure all statutory approvals are obtained.

Requirement:

• Preferably graduates in Law, Geography, Rural Development, or related fields.
• Land Documentation & Legal Knowledge
• Local Regulatory and Govt. Process Understanding
• Strong Liaisoning & Negotiation Skills
