Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day laboratory activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory operations and must be capable of handling all aspects of lab management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee and manage laboratory operations in Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology, and Hematology

✅ Supervise lab staff, ensure proper training, and monitor performance

✅ Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and regulatory guidelines

✅ Handle sample processing, testing protocols, and report verification

✅ Maintain equipment calibration, documentation, and lab maintenance

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with clinicians and healthcare providers

✅ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

✅ Address technical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of laboratory management experience

✔ Strong knowledge in Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology, and Hematology testing

✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and ensure accuracy in testing

✔ Familiarity with laboratory information systems and documentation standards

✔ Commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and ethical practices
