Lab Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QC Laboratory in compliance with cGMP, customer, and company requirements.
  
• Supervise all analytical and microbiological testing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
  
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory instruments and equipment.
  
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve lab systems for raw material, in-process, stability, and finished product testing.
  
• Handle method development, validation, and transfer activities.
  
• Manage environmental monitoring and stability programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory standards.
  
• Act as the primary liaison for internal departments, customers, and external testing laboratories.
  
• Investigate and resolve laboratory deviations, OOS/OOT results, and implement CAPA effectively.
  
• Prepare justifications for new instruments, manage procurement, and ensure optimal utilization of lab resources.
  
• Support internal and external audits, documentation control, and compliance activities.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and team development within the QC laboratory.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of analytical and microbiological lab instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, AAS, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.
