Required a Lab operator cum Production engineer for a wire manufacturing company 🔬 Laboratory Operator RoleThis aspect focuses on technical and quality assurance tasks: Sample Collection and Testing Collect raw material, in-process, and finished product samples. Conduct routine and special laboratory tests (e.g., pH, viscosity, microbial, etc.). Instrument Operation and Maintenance Operate lab instruments like HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, etc. Perform calibration and maintenance of lab equipment. Data Recording and Analysis Document test results accurately and ensure traceability. Analyze test results and flag deviations. Compliance and Safety Adhere to GMP/GLP and safety protocols. Maintain chemical storage and disposal practices per standards. 🏭 Production Supervisor RoleThis part emphasizes operational management and team leadership: Shift Supervision Oversee production activities and personnel during assigned shifts. Ensure production targets are met within quality and safety standards. Process Monitoring and Control Monitor manufacturing parameters (temperature, pressure, etc.). Adjust processes as necessary to maintain output quality. Team Coordination Allocate tasks, supervise operators, and ensure shift handovers. Train and motivate team members on SOPs and safety practices. Reporting and Documentation Maintain daily production logs and incident reports.
