Key Responsibilities

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Cisco ACI design, implementation, and support, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, L3 extensions & Routing and L3 policies
• Working knowledge of Citrix and F5 load Balancer products.
• In depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and RIP
• Hands on experience (Expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix and Cisco ACI
• Will provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution.
• Supporting in rotation shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed.
• Troubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay
• Strong Documentation skills
• Design and implement advanced network solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.
• Configure and optimize Cisco AAA servers.
• Manage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers.
• Implement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team.
• Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution.
• Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations.
• Excellent analytical & interpretive skills.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and standards.
• Good Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management.
• Required Skills:
• Extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers.
• Advanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers.
• Expertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Qualification :
• B. Tech or B.E. from a University /Institute recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics and Communications / Electronics and Tele-Communications / Electronics / MCA /MSc/MCS with minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant field in any of the Central Govt./State Govt./PSU/BFSI/ Reputed Private Firms/MNCs. Professional OEM Certification is respective network sub-domain is compulsory..
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP PCNSE) are highly desirable.
• Immediate joiner or maximum 20 days of notice period.
