About the Role

L2 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  L2 application support

  for Java or .NET-based systems
• Analyze and resolve

  production incidents

  , defects, and performance issues
• Perform

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  and implement permanent fixes
• Work closely with L1 support, development, QA, and business teams
• Handle

  application monitoring

  , log analysis, and batch/job failures
• Support

  automotive domain applications

  (manufacturing, supply chain, dealer systems, etc.)
• Follow

  ITIL processes

  for incident, problem, and change management
• Participate in deployments, patching, and release support

Required Skills

✔ L2 Application Support experience (mandatory)

Java OR .NET

Automobile / Automotive industry

production support processes

SQL / database troubleshooting

ticketing tools

ITIL framework

Good to Have

• Experience supporting

  manufacturing / plant / supply chain systems

• Exposure to

  batch jobs, schedulers, and monitoring tools

• Understanding of Agile / DevOps environments
