Required Skills and Experience Minimum experience needed is 1- 2 years in IT service desk Support help desk knowledge Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer support knowledge Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs Graduate in any discipline (including engineering graduates) Should possess excellent English communication skills Should possess basic IT skills/Trouble-shooting skills (No relevant certification necessary) Preferred Skills and Experience Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise Support help desk experience Customer support experience Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs
