Role Description – Talent Development Function
Role Title - MENA Learning Operations Lead
Role objective and key accountabilities:
Responsible for driving standardisation and efficiency of Learning deployment processes across SLs. Acts as a custodian for the Symphony new ways of working and manages the Region roll-out of system updates. Manages and coordinates Region Learning deployment resource to manage peaks and troughs in work volumes. Supports the Talent Development Leader in overall team management.

Key Responsibilities
Continuous improvement
- Drive adoption, standardisation and efficiency of Learning deployment processes across SLs
- Manage Region roll-out of updates to Learning technology and process updates
- Monitor and report on Region Learning team performance
- Drive maintenance of Region Learning data quality
- Manage continuous improvement projects as required
Team management
- Support Talent Development Leader with team management activities, including recruitment, PMDP, reporting etc.
- Manage and coordinate Region Learning Deployment resources, and manage peaks and troughs in Learning work volumes
- Support team Learning and development activities relating to Learning operations, to upskill team members to be ready to operate with the ‘Future State’ ways of working
Relationship and people management
- Act as a close advisor to the Talent Development Leader relating to deployment team matters and operating processes
- Promote close working relationships and efficiencies between Learning deployment resources and TSS
- Build and maintain relationships with Area Deployment network
Skills
- Leadership capabilities and ability to manage resources
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness

- Stakeholder management / business consulting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels

Experiences
- Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
- Experience of working in Learning preferred
