About the Role:

As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for verifying customer identities, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to KYC, CDD, and AML standards. You will help safeguard the company from regulatory and reputational risks through accurate and timely onboarding and periodic reviews.

You’ll be diving into these tasks:

• Conduct customer onboarding and verification as per KYC and AML guidelines.
• Review customer documentation (ID, address proof, financial data, etc.) for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform periodic reviews and risk assessments of existing customers.
• Identify and escalate potential high-risk or suspicious accounts.
• Maintain accurate and organized KYC records and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Keep updated on the latest KYC/AML regulations and internal policy changes.

Bring these HODL-worthy skills to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in KYC or customer due diligence in fintech, banking, or crypto exchanges.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements (RBI, FIU-IND, FATF, etc.).
• Experience with KYC tools.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
