KYC Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced KYC Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to mitigate fraud and financial crimes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in KYC and anti-money laundering (AML).
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including KYC documentation and transactional activity.

• Strong understanding of KYC regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong knowledge of AML and fraud prevention techniques, with experience in investigating suspicious transactions.
