Job Description

Introduction & Summary
The KYC Analyst position is vital for maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks through comprehensive KYC due diligence. With a focus on integrity and accuracy, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in AML/KYC or compliance within the corporate financial services sector. Key skills required include proficiency in customer identification programs, excellent analytical capabilities, and a commitment to customer service.Main ResponsibilitiesAs a KYC Analyst, your core duty will involve executing thorough KYC due diligence for a diverse client base. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting end-to-end KYC due diligence for global clients.
Ensuring compliance with AML laws and KYC guidelines.
Collecting and verifying confidential client data.
Communicating missing requirements to clients via email or phone.
Implementing KYC standards and guidelines.
Providing training on KYC procedures to staff members.
Maintaining confidentiality in line with privacy legislation.
Assisting in migration/remediation projects.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience (AML/ KYC/ compliance related).
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Financial Crime disciplines.
Bachelor's degree; Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred.
Knowledge of financial regulations (AML, KYC, BSA, OFAC, etc.).
Ability to understand complex legal entity structures.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications related to compliance and anti-money laundering.
Experience with financial institutions' KYC procedures.
Familiarity with financial data analysis tools.
