About the Role

Knowledge Management Specialist

This role directly supports Oracle EBS/Fusion support teams by improving documentation quality, accelerating ticket resolution, and ensuring ITIL-aligned knowledge governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain

  Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), SOPs, FAQs, and User Guides

  for Oracle EBS/Fusion modules.
• Capture tacit technical knowledge from L1, L2, and L3 teams and convert it into structured documentation.
• Manage the full

  Knowledge Management lifecycle

  – creation, validation, approval, publishing, and archiving.
• Ensure alignment of all content with

  ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management

  processes.
• Maintain content version control, quality checks, and compliance with knowledge governance standards.
• Build

  dashboards, reports, and analytics

  to monitor knowledge usage and effectiveness.
• Conduct periodic knowledge review workshops with functional/technical SMEs.
• Train teams on how to access, use, and contribute to the Knowledge Base.
• Work closely with Oracle EBS/Fusion support teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years

  of experience with

  Oracle EBS

  or

  Oracle Fusion Applications

  (Financials/OIC/EPM preferred).

• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification

  is mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise with

  ServiceNow, Topdesk, Confluence, or similar ITSM/KM tools

  .
• Strong skills in technical writing, documentation, SOP drafting, and knowledge structuring.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in

  PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation templates

  .
• Experience working in ITSM or ERP support environments.
  

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to ITIL governance frameworks and knowledge audits.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials or Fusion Financial modules.
• Ability to design visually structured documents and training materials.
• Experience supporting ERP or cloud-based environments.
