Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced KITCHEN STEWARDING Supervisor/Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise kitchen stewarding staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high-quality service standards.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is expected.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances is preferred.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
