Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen/Restaurant Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations and ensure exceptional food quality, hygiene, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for culinary excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation and service
• Manage kitchen staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Collaborate with chefs to plan and update menus based on seasonality and customer preferences
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders for food, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Track kitchen costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve profitability
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback and resolve kitchen-related issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
