Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain consistent performance and productivity
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
• Manage inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste
• Monitor kitchen expenses and assist with food cost control
• Collaborate with management on menu planning, specials, and recipe development
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly
• Create a positive, efficient, and safe work environment
• Handle performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes when necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation procedures, and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary degree or relevant certification (optional but beneficial)
• Experience with inventory systems or kitchen management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
