Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team at Opaa Food Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and excellent kitchen operations skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dish assistants.
Ensure high-quality food products are delivered to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
