What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Analytics teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate complex needs into clear functional designs and user stories
• Support solution design, validation, and deployment of planning systems (Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9)
• Drive system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Partner with stakeholders to align business processes and KPIs
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning or Business Analysis
• Strong experience with

  planning tools

  (e.g., Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, o9)
• Proficiency in

  Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SQL

• Expertise in

  process mapping, user stories, and Agile delivery

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment
