Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse professional with deep expertise in supply chain planning, solution design, and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in RapidResponse modules, configuration, data modeling, and integration, along with the ability to drive functional and technical discussions with global stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Implementation

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions across planning streams (Demand, Supply, Capacity, Inventory, S&OP, MRP).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable supply chain planning solutions.
Develop advanced RapidResponse worksheets, dashboards, alerts, metrics, scenarios, scorecards, and analytics.

Technical & Functional Expertise

Configure data models, calculations, logic chains, tables, and attributes within RapidResponse.
Build and maintain integration between RapidResponse and ERP systems (SAP APO, SAP IBP, S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
Perform data transformation, data validation, and troubleshooting of data issues.
Optimize performance and maintain solution integrity across modules.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 6+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Strong knowledge of multiple RapidResponse modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory, Capacity Planning, Control Tower).
Hands-on experience in RapidResponse configuration, modeling, and analytics.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience working in global delivery models and Agile environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
