Role Summary:

Planning and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Design

• Support the

  design, configuration, and validation

  of planning processes and tools.
• Assist with

  data validation

  , including inbound/outbound data and

  statistical forecasting models

  .

Testing & UAT

• Participate in

  Pre-UAT functional testing

  and

  UAT

  execution.
• Develop and support

  test cases

  based on real business scenarios.
• Prepare and validate

  test data

  and ensure

  environment readiness

  .
• Support

  defect resolution and retesting

  , coordinating with DTS and business teams.
• Facilitate

  stakeholder walkthroughs

  and sign-off sessions.

Deployment & Hypercare

• Support

  cutover and post-go-live stabilization

  activities.
• Monitor

  system performance and data accuracy

  .
• Provide

  hands-on user support

  and issue triage during hypercare.
• Conduct

  training refreshers

  and maintain change management documentation.
• Liaise with

  regional teams

  to ensure consistent process execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience

• 2-3 years

  of experience with

  Kinaxis RapidResponse

  or similar advanced planning tools.
• Strong background in

  Demand and/or Supply Planning

  ,

  S&OP

  ,

  forecasting

  , or

  supply chain analytics

  .
• Prior involvement in

  UAT

  , including test case development, defect tracking, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Experience with

  SAP/APO

  preferred (especially for supply planning roles).
• Exposure to

  Azure DevOps

  and

  Excel

  for testing and documentation (training can be provided).
