About the Role:
Be the friendly voice and trusted advisor for Indias growing pet parent community helping them with pet care, product choices, and vet/trainer coordination via calls or chats.
Youll Do:
Coordinate between pet parents and in-house vets/trainers for consultations.
Recommend suitable pet food, treats, hygiene, and wellness products.
Manage orders, returns, and subscriptions while maintaining CRM logs.
Drive customer satisfaction through empathy, active listening, and relationship-building.
Enable revenue growth through ethical upselling and cross-selling.
Must-Haves:
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Prior experience in customer service or relationship management.
Empathy and genuine love for pets.
Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
Nice to Have:
Youre a pet parent yourself!
Knowledge of popular dog/cat breeds and their common care needs.
