Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead client acquisition, manage strategic sales initiatives, and drive revenue growth for the company. You will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring the attainment of monthly sales targets. Your role will also involve leading client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations, analyzing market trends, and competitor strategies, as well as ensuring effective after-sales service and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maintain updated records of client interactions and sales reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client acquisition and manage strategic sales initiatives - Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Lead client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies - Ensure effective after-sales service and client satisfaction - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution - Maintain updated records of client interactions and sales reports Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, field sales, or marketing - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Leadership mindset and target-driven approach Additional Details: In return for your contributions, the company offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, career advancement opportunities, and training & development support.
