Detailed Responsibilities

• Gather new leads to develop the business.
• Identify new business opportunities in the market.
• Develop new business in the defined area/Territory by converting leads into business.
• Focus on business continuity with existing clients by providing best services and keeping good rapport with the client.
• Provide ground research report to the management to enhance the product.
• Provide details of fastest moving market product in segment from competition to management for new product development.
• Coordinate with operations to provide customer with on time delivery and services
• Build relationship with clients on ground for long term association.
• Ensure customer feedbacks/Testimony are taken at regular intervals
• Appointment of new Distributors
• Create brand awareness in the market by approaching to highest number of prospects
• Create presence with all the market leaders in distribution.
• Train sales team on products, products specification, usage of the products

Qualification (Minimum)

• Graduation Any Stream

Additional Qualification

• MBA Marketing
• Experinece from Paper industry preferred

Skills

• Should have proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in written/spoken English
• Great creative mindset and analytical skills
