Key Accounts Executive

Role Overview: India Foods Business is a full-service manufacturing and marketing unit with a strong suite of products including Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Haagen-Dazs, and Nature Valley brands. As a Key Account Executive for Modern Trade, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts, on-boarding new accounts, and suggesting business strategies for growth. You will work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets while building sustainable relationships with strategic account partners. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving Monthly, quarterly and Annual Business Targets for Key Accounts - Building long term sustainable relationships with strategic account partners and negotiating favorable terms of trade - Coordinating with external agency to manage Inventory and product optimization - Formulating effective sales policies and procedures specific to Modern Trade B2B customers - Ensuring Stock Availability and maintaining effective Fill-Rate in all accounts with reasonable forecasting accuracy - Liaising with internal regional Sales teams to ensure achievement of Fill rates - Exploring new opportunities in the domain of Institution sales, Modern Trade B2B, and HORECA - Creating strategies and making recommendations in driving strategic brand sales - Ensuring all receivables are in accordance with company policy Qualification Required: - Graduate qualification required, Post-Graduate preferred - 3 to 5 yrs. experience in FMCG Modern Trade Sales preferred - Exposure to handling and on-boarding Institutional Accounts / Partners - Experience in handling D-mart as a customer preferred - Knowledge of MFS listing, stock levels, excel, analytics, and B2B platforms - Motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, self-motivated, result-oriented, innovative, and enjoys challenges Additional Company Details: India Foods Business prioritizes being a force for good, expanding learning, exploring new perspectives, and reimagining possibilities every day.
