Frigate is an On-demand cloud manufacturing startup that helps OEM'S/ODM'S and product/device companies identify right manufacturing vendors and leverage their existing capacities to get their products manufactured.

Role Overview

The role is responsible for supporting client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination across internal departments, and maintaining accurate documentation for all project- and customer-related activities. The position requires exposure to the manufacturing industry, preferably within the Marine and Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing key customer accounts and follow up on orders, deliveries, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and quality to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain customer-related documentation including RFQs, quotations, drawings, approvals, and reports.
  • Ensure proper version control, filing, and traceability of all technical and commercial documents.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and periodic status reports.
  • Track project documentation flow and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Act as a point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer handling, or project coordination roles.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
