Role & responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts in transportation and logistics. Schneider Electric

Revenue Growth & Strategy

• Identify opportunities for

  upselling and cross-selling

  transportation solutions. Schneider Electric
• Support preparation of proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. Schneider Electric
  
• Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and account performance to refine account strategies.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal review and client meetings. dsv.com
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and commercial agreements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  
• Good understanding of transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Ability to analyse data and prepare reports
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain companies
  
• Handling B2B key accounts or enterprise customers
  
• Exposure to contract management and pricing negotiations
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Mandatory)

  OR

  in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
