Role & responsibilities: Client Relationship & Account Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts in transportation and logistics. Schneider Electric Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. dsv.com Understand customer needs and develop tailored transportation and logistics solutions. Schneider Electric Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess service performance and expectations. Schneider Electric Revenue Growth & Strategy Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling transportation solutions. Schneider Electric Support preparation of proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. Schneider Electric Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and account performance to refine account strategies. Reporting & Documentation Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal review and client meetings. dsv.com Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and commercial agreements. Preferred candidate profile: Strong account management and relationship-building skills Good understanding of transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyse data and prepare reports Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain companies Handling B2B key accounts or enterprise customers Exposure to contract management and pricing negotiations Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (Mandatory) OR in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
