Key Account Specialist

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand clients business objectives and challenges to provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to meet client needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
• Prepare and present regular account performance reports and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles.
• Strong understanding of client management and business development principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
