Oversee and guide the creative design team in aligning brand style guides to develop new communication visuals for ATL requirements: Manage the TVC video editing and localization process as per brand requirements Develop impactful campaign e-mailers and customer communications highlighting key aspects of the brand campaigns Collaborate with brand managers to create and maintain brand stores on Amazon and any other partner, and develop other ecommerce communications as per latest brand style guides and product launches Lead the social media marketing efforts - Develop engaging content to leverage key brand and associated occasions in collaboration with brand and communication managers Spearhead new content development projects - provide strategic inputs during the briefing process and oversee production coordination Oversee the artwork development for all brand BTL activities: Ensure consistent brand representation across point of sale material, posters, in-store branding and other communication based on brand merchandising guides and key visuals Conceptualize store/mall activation and other event branding assistance Liaise with and guide agencies to ensure Hasbro brands are visually represented correctly in the market Manage the design of product catalogues for the sales team Maintain and streamline the brand asset repository: Download, organize, and maintain the latest brand merchandising guides and assets Establish a comprehensive repository of all brand TVC and digital assets relevant to current products, and share customized versions as per customer requirements Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quick turnaround of any other immediate requirements for graphics/artwork/video editing Develop e-Commerce assets for promotions during sale events or BAU for the APAC markets Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience/ Qualification requirements Graduate in Graphic design with 4-5 years of experience Ability to develop and work with brand guidelines in creative ways High speed execution of Photoshop, Illustrator, Key Note, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere Pro for video and image editing Understand various graphic styles, printing techniques on varied media and suggest innovative solutions Good communication and inter-personal skills Willingness to stretch him/ herself to achieve high standards of design Preferred Industries: Media & Advertising, Product Design, Retail, Digital Preferred branding experience (brand & retail experience)
