Must possess at least 10 -15 of relevant automotive and/or coatings industry experience with proven track record to include a combination of technical, process and commercial roles , out of which at least 3 years should be as a Regional lead. Ability to influence customers and establish strong customer relationships. Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and leading multi-functional teams without direct control. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with data-based decision-making capability. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product offerings / solutions. Strong communication skills along with IT, computer, and data processing skills. Proficiency in MS Office is a must with presentation skill. Experience using SalesForce.com and information databases a plus. Ability to collaborate and build teamwork is essential. Strong advocacy skills. Ability to travel extensively based on need.
