Key Account Specialist

Job Summary

The Key Accounts Manager will handle strategic clients within the IT domain, ensuring strong relationships, high customer satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth. The role requires deep understanding of IT products/services and the ability to align solutions with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT sector.
• Understand clients’ technology requirements, business goals, and operational challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic account matters.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies to drive revenue and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions, services, or products.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, operations, sales) to ensure successful service delivery.
• Manage and resolve client issues with a customer-first approach.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and present performance insights.
• Analyse account metrics and prepare management reports.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Client Relationship roles within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, software products, and service delivery models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
