We are scaling rapidly, and are looking for energetic, ambitious, and hardworking individual to join this journey; someone who is keen to join our extremely fast-paced team as Account Manager to help build our Geezy Foods vertical.


Role Description

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with restaurant partners operating virtual brands. The role requires a mix of client relationship management, operational oversight, data-driven decision making, and strategic growth initiatives to ensure partner satisfaction, revenue growth, and brand consistency across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Relationship Building - Build strong, trust-based relationships to support long-term collaboration.
  • Brand Performance & Growth - Monitor sales, order trends, and performance metrics across delivery platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to maintain brand quality
  • Strategic Support - Advise partners on customer insights, competitor analysis, delivery trends.
  • Reporting & Insights - Track KPIs such as sales growth, order frequency, customer ratings, and brand health.


Skills & Requirements :

  • Strong 1+ Years of experience in

    account management, client servicing, or partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Understanding of food delivery platforms and cloud kitchen models.
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Flexibility working across different time zones
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
