Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
    • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored promotions and marketing strategies for retail partners.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify opportunities for new business with existing and potential clients.
    • Present and promote the company's staffing services to prospective clients.
    • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Service Delivery:

    • Collaborate with recruitment teams, delivery manager, TLs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of staffing services.
    • Monitor the quality of candidates presented to clients and ensure they meet client expectations.
    • Resolve any issues related to service delivery promptly and effectively.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
    • Track and report on key sales metrics and client activities.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Market Research and Strategy:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and capture market opportunities.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction:

    • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
    • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve services.
    • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyses results to identify areas for improvement.
