Key Account Manager -South-Chennai (Industrial Ropes)

Role & responsibilities

• Key Account Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing & new key accounts in the ropes and lifting sector.
• Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular visits and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of client engagement, from order placement to after-sales support.

• Channel Sales Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand channel sales in the Value Added Ropes & Lifting market.
• Identify and recruit new channel partners to grow market presence.
• Train, support, and motivate channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals and sales targets.
• Monitor and report on channel partner performance, providing guidance and feedback for improvement.

• Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for key accounts and channel partners.
• Develop strategies to increase market penetration, brand awareness, and product demand.
• Provide market insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams.

• Customer Service and Support:

• Address and resolve customer issues, inquiries, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in CRM systems.
