Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, developing and executing business plans, analyzing data and metrics to propose strategic improvements, and providing high-quality customer service. The role will focus on aligning client objectives with operational excellence to drive mutual growth.
