About the Role:

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
Understand client business objectives, brand positioning, and marketing challenges to deliver strategic branding solutions.
Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure project requirements are translated into effective deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and approvals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to grow client accounts.
Present proposals, creative pitches, and reports to clients confidently and persuasively.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with fresh insights and recommendations.
Handle client escalations with professionalism, offering solutions that balance client satisfaction with agency interests.
Track account performance, project profitability, and client feedback to ensure long-term client retention.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Strategic thinking with an eye for detail in branding and marketing.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and creative processes.
