Job description Are you a seasoned graphic design professional with a passion for creativity and innovation? Redma Ideas is looking for a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer/Visualizer to join our team at our office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative design process for a variety of projects, including branding, print materials, digital assets, and more. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual concepts. Conceptualize and create original, high-quality graphic designs that align with client objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers when needed. Ensure design consistency and brand adherence across all projects. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements: Minimum of 2-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in a Senior Graphic Designer role. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. A passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies. A bachelor's degree in commercial/applied arts or a related field is a plus.
