Job Description

Responsibilities :


  • Hunting for new logos - Segments the given market to find prospects and generates need for Qodenext solutions at the customers end identifying the pain areas and working with the customer on the solution.
  • Managing existing strategic accounts – Holding relations with existing accounts, cross selling and creating inroads into related verticals by exploring contacts within.
  • Uphold the relationship created by Qodenext and nurture and improve the same with the customer.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvement.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results.
  • Generating a healthy sales funnel for the solutions offered by Qodenext using knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • Identifying and developing the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Qualifying and segregating the leads as per feasibility.
  • Working with internal Pre Sales and Software team to arrive at a solution fit to meet the requirements of the lead.
  • Working with suppliers and OEMs for commercial viability.
  • Commercially generating the proposal identifying the ROI for the customer.
  • Negotiating and signing off the deal with the customer and internally following SOPs for order processing.
  • Project kick off with internal teams and customer, setting the expectations right and monitoring the project progress at a birds eye level.
  • Timely payments followup and ontime collection from the customer.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
  • Proactively asserts influence over events to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrates a readiness to generate ideas & solutions.
  • Is self-starting & takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required.

Required Skills



  • Experience in solution selling – Software/hardware combination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
