Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in India. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the meta components industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a global mindset, and a strong desire to contribute to a fast-growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads globally and manage them through the sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Exhibition Participation:

Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions relevant to our industry.

Sales & Account Growth:

Identify opportunities to grow key accounts through new business development and cross-selling of our product lines.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor global market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine business strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, or Marketing.

3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or marketing role, ideally in international manufacturing or industrial components.

Solid understanding of global marketing principles, particularly in technical industries.

Experience managing international B2B customers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently / self motivated and collaboratively across cultures and departments.
