Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Naadbramha Idli, your primary responsibility will be to manage key accounts, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of franchise operations and drive sales growth. - Oversee onboarding, documentation, training, and integration for franchise partners on platforms like Petpooja, Swiggy, Zomato, and local platforms. - Develop strategies to boost franchise sales, resolve operational concerns, and increase brand visibility. - Analyze franchisee performance, implement action plans, and provide necessary support to convert low sales into high sales. - Act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, addressing sales and technical concerns, and providing operational best practices. - Handle queries related to sales growth, order processing, and platform issues, ensuring smooth local platform integrations. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in QSR, franchise operations, or food tech platforms. - Strong knowledge of food aggregator platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, etc. - Experience in franchise operations, sales growth strategies, and proficiency in Petpooja and other POS systems. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior team members. - Experience in customer support or operations is a plus.,
