Key Account Manager

Maxemo Capital Services Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive growth in our Working Capital Financing vertical. Products You'll Handle: Business Loans Working Capital Financing Raw Material Financing Invoice Discounting / Invoice Financing What You’ll Be Responsible For: Manage and nurture long-term client relationships Handle inquiries, concerns, and customer complaints proactively Drive upselling, cross-selling, and value-added solutions Collaborate with internal teams and Relationship Managers to meet client needs Develop sales strategies and stay ahead of market trends Monitor competition and adapt your approach accordingly Collect customer feedback and help improve retention Key Skills We’re Looking For : 3–7 years of experience in NBFC/financial services (sales or client relationship role) Proven ability in upselling/cross-selling financial products Excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical thinker with good reporting and CRM skills A proactive, client-first approach with high energy Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with MSME lending and working capital cycles is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year Application Question(s): How soon can you join?
