Key Account Management- Associate (Customer Success Associate)

WHAT DO WE DO

KarmaLife (Onion Life Private Limited) is a financial solution that addresses the unmet liquidity needs of India's gig and contract workforce. KarmaLife captures real-time data associated with work and financial transactions, and applies machine learning & AI to viably provide relevant, affordable and easy-to-use financial services, including credit, savings and insurance. KarmaLife partners with employers and aggregators of blue collar workers to package these services as financial wellness benefits that in turn enhance worker productivity and retention.

WHAT YOU SHALL DO

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships in alignment with company objectives. The three essentials for this role is building trust, directory of partner needs + relationship building.

1.

  • Assist in

    developing and maintaining relationships

    based on trust with existing employer partners of the company.
  • Expand existing relationships

    by proposing solutions that fit their requirements and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.

2. Account Management

  • Be proactive in ensuring product information or

    delivery is timely and accurate.

  • Act as a liaison

    between internal growth and external partner teams, handling issues quickly to maintain a smooth workflow.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track Partner Growth:

    use advanced Excel and data tools to monitor and analyze partner performance to understand the partner's growth trajectory.
  • Deep Dive into Partner Metrics

    : Identify trends and provide insights on key metrics to assist in improving partner performance.
  • Forecasting & Decision Making

    : Leverage insights from the data to help the team make data-driven decisions, improving forecasting accuracy.

4. Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Propose solutions

    through our proprietary products that widen the financial safety net for partner employees.
  • Improve retention outcomes

    through our program so the partner sees tangible value on the ground.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a high learnability, growth-mindset along with an innate ability to maintain excellent client relationships.

An ideal candidate would have the following skills:

  • Account Management Experience

    : Proven experience in account management or customer success roles (FinTech, Logistics, or HR/Staffing industry experience is a plus).
  • Data Analytics Skills:

    Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis to support growth tracking and forecasting. Candidate should be comfortable with numbers & large datasets.
  • Ownership & Initiative:

    Takes the initiative to manage partner relationships while ensuring data accuracy for decision-making.
  • Communication & Client Handling:

    Strong skills in client communications and managing expectations while addressing concerns effectively.
  • Collaboration:

    Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals; should be a great listener.
  • Learning & Adaptability:

    A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adjust quickly to new tools, processes, and environments.

Location:

Mandatory:

  • Experience in account management, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset to handle metrics and forecasting.
