The three essentials for this role is building trust, directory of partner needs + relationship building. 1. Relationship Building Assist in developing and maintaining relationships based on trust with existing employer partners of the company. Expand existing relationships by proposing solutions that fit their requirements and create feedback loops for continuous improvement. 2. Account Management Be proactive in ensuring product information or delivery is timely and accurate. Act as a liaison between internal growth and external partner teams, handling issues quickly to maintain a smooth workflow. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting Track Partner Growth: use advanced Excel and data tools to monitor and analyze partner performance to understand the partner's growth trajectory. Deep Dive into Partner Metrics : Identify trends and provide insights on key metrics to assist in improving partner performance. Forecasting & Decision Making : Leverage insights from the data to help the team make data-driven decisions, improving forecasting accuracy. 4. An ideal candidate would have the following skills: Account Management Experience : Proven experience in account management or customer success roles (FinTech, Logistics, or HR/Staffing industry experience is a plus). Data Analytics Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis to support growth tracking and forecasting. Candidate should be comfortable with numbers & large datasets. Ownership & Initiative: Takes the initiative to manage partner relationships while ensuring data accuracy for decision-making.
