Key Account Manager- Intern

Role Overview: As a Key Account Management Intern based in Gurgaon for a duration of 3-6 months with on-site responsibilities, you will be an integral part of the Client Success team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into client management, operational execution, and collaborative efforts across various functions within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the setup and support for new client accounts. - Ensure accurate and timely onboarding processes. - Maintain account data through regular updates. - Monitor account accuracy, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to address issues promptly. - Gather client requirements for potential cross-sell opportunities. - Contribute to streamlining internal processes for efficient service delivery. - Provide support to the senior Key Account Management team in managing client relationships. - Attend internal and client meetings, maintain documentation, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through insights and research. - Track client health metrics, prepare client engagement reports, address client queries, and assist in the adoption of solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong coordination and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
