Building and maintaining long-term relationships with merchants is key to this role. You will proactively engage with merchants to renew their subscriptions, address any concerns they may have, and cross-sell other relevant products as per the company's requirements. Utilizing your own vehicle for daily travel to visit merchants within the assigned sales territory is essential. Furthermore, maintaining an active presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing clients, share relevant content, and foster relationships is part of your responsibilities.
