Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end process of client servicing from understanding briefs and curating gifting options to executing orders with precision.
Develop innovative, sustainable gifting collections tailored for corporate, pharma, and festival markets.
Leverage strong industry connections with clients and vendors to expand business opportunities and partnerships.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to deliver seamless gifting solutions.
Establish and maintain credible vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with product and design teams to create compelling offerings aligned with sustainability goals.
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and client events to showcase our capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

4–5 years of proven experience in corporate gifting, festival gifting, or related industries.
Strong expertise in client engagement, proposal curation, and execution of gifting solutions.
Established network of clients, industry stakeholders, and supply vendors.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly innovation in the gifting space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
